everytime i hotsync my contacts, calendar, etc....my voice and speed dial entries get erased. i'm using PocketMirror (the software that came with the i300). i think the problem may be the settings in Chapura. Make sure you "synch" to the i30 and not "overwrite". The speed dial information seems to be stored with the contacts. So, if you "overwrite" the consuit will simply erase the info on the phone and store new contact in its place.
