What i was looking for is a shortcut so icould make one of my buttons beam info to laptop or printer.

well i just selected one of the four buttons on the front for address book, then set it to automatically beam my business card (name,address, phone numbers,etc)

thanks i just found that if i just go to home page and use edit it will list categories for me to beam.
