I am going to Ireland and Scotland in a week. I am assuming Sprint won't help me there. Is there any way I can continue to use my i300 to send and receive calls as usual?

Forgive me if this is a dumb question; I searched the FAQ for "international" "abroad" and "foreign" and got nothing.

No, the i-300 will not work in Europe. It will also not work in Asia. This is due to the fact that The i300 uses CDMA, while most of Europe and Asia use GSM.

The phone did work in Mexico, however, I wouldn't recommend using the phone. It would be better to just get a calling card. I paid over $100 in roaming fees for just a couple of calls back to the US.
