A few questions for the warranty (a/k/a drop-and-upgrade) experts--

1. How do the Sprint and Comp USA warranties differ?

2. If I have a Sprint warranty and get my I-300 replaced under it because of battery problems, will that create a problem with my Comp USA warranty because of a serial number change?
