has anyone figured out the pinout yet? there are a few old posts regarding pinouts, but no concrete info.

Basically, I'm interested in the serial input line (RxD) and the phone's RTS output.

A nice bonus would be the Mic and audio pins.

Yes, I can take a multimeter to the cradle, but I'd rather not have to do the work.

I was perusing another i300 message board and found a guy who was looking for the pins too and says e found them & is willing to share. Look at:
