Blazer 2.0 Problems

I am having problems connecting to the internet using the Browse Web Application (Blazer 2.0). But connecting to the internet through my Sprint Web is working without a problem. I am getting this message when I attempt to connect through the Blazer App. "Error: authentication failure (0x1233)". Can anyone help me on this issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciatted.
Thanks

Also, make sure that the username and password are both set to "web" (no quotes) under Network Preferences.

One thing is to actually make the connection in prefs>network, once it is connected there (the connect button will change to disconnect), go back to the blazer or eudora and launch it. Most of the time, the next time you launch the application, it will 'remember' how it connected before and reconnect that way. Also, UN/PW need to be lower case 'web' (no quotes) and the number dialing is #2932.
