Sprint Wireless Web
As a fellow I300 owner, I keep exploring all the I300 possibilities (except using it for toilet paper). Its Internet and email functionalities interest me a great deal. I found myself tinkering with this functionality last month. To my surprise, my Sprint bill showed additional charges for the minutes on the Sprint Wireless web in additional to the monthly service charge of $5.00. A Sprint representative told me when buying the I300 that the wireless web was a $5.00 a month and your normal minutes. These charges infuriate me, so I called Sprint today. Apparently, Sprint’s billing systems were down again and they could not verify my account information. So I could not resolve these inconsistencies. I fired Sprint an email inquiring about the wireless web and billing information. Does Sprint charge double time minutes for the wireless web? Hopefully tomorrow, I’ll debate the deceptive nature of their sales representatives in regard to the wireless web. What aggravates me the most was that I was just setting up my email filters after a hard reset.
