Question on blinking red LED when VM received.

Hello,

Question for you all. I used to have a Samsung 8500 phone that when a voicemail was left, the red LED would continuously blink until you took some action to recognize that a voicemail had been left. The blinking light was nice because you couldn't miss it.

On my Samsung I300, it seems to blink the red LED immediately upon voicemail notification but ceases to continue to blink afterwards. I've tested this by leaving myself voicemails (from a landline) and not touching the phone to view its actions.

So, do your Samsung I300 LEDs continue to blink afterwards? Is there a setting that I need to adjust? Might mine be defective?

Thanks,

mattmcg,

you can try I300 alert manager from pda apps which will give you the functionality you are looking for. You can download it from www.pdaapps.com
