This may be stupid and since I am not a programmer it may be way off. (I figured out how to make my own graffiti skins, that's a miracle)

Is there any way to take Jake's full screen app and the phone dialer app and just create a skinable phone app? Meaning create an app that runs full screen and just associates the numbers that are entered into a string for the phonedialer to send out?
