Beta Available: i300 Logo Hack
OK, here is is.

Graffiti Hack recycled in all its glory.

Change the sprint logo to what you like.

Standard disclaimers apply.

pretty cool
Unfortunately, i always keep my phone on vibrate which gets rid of the logo. doh. hope sprint fixes this in the i330.

you need to have the sprint logo enabled in the options to use the hack. It looks like you've got you're own custom text up there... and that won't work.

Ok, digiboy, Lets Start With the Logos!!!!

Jake, questions, I wanna start myself doing logos:
What size are the Logos, and can I make them with the same MakePrc/utilities?


Also, I would (and most of us) really love if you could Make the Whole Dial Skinable!!!! Not only the Sprint logo, but the Whole damn thing!!. these Blue buttons are B.O.R.I.N.G.

By the way, it worked all fine in my phone and Is a UJ phone

What are the dimentions of the Logo image?
I guess I could probably figure this out by trial and error, but seeing as someone must have figured this out already....

I know that it is 160 x something.

Works perfect! (man I gotta find a way to get in with you bimmer guys)

FYI: Setting the phone to "vibrate only" does overwrite the skin, but the "vibrate and ring" level leaves the skin intact.

Do you make the icon.PRC in the same way as the skin.PRC?

Do I need to change any code in the Make.bat or the .RCP?

here's a few Nine Inch Nails logos..

Making your own icons are really easy.

Follow Jakes instructions in the readme.txt included in his hack and his instructions on his page http://www.allaboutjake.com/palm/i300/skins.html

BTW: the BMPs are 160x38

id like to make my own logo as i dont have a bmw, but i dont even know where to start... for one, i dont see this "build-prc" app i need..

hows about i send the pic to somoene who can turn it around for me? or give me some "kindergarten" instructions to do it myself...

thanks for all the hard work guys! the logo hack was something i had been wanting for a long time now. i would love to see some new logos put up here soon...i'm sure they will be coming. if anyone has any time though, i would love to see my school's logo put on here...The Pittsburgh Panthers...they play tonight in the Sweet Sixteen afterall thanks.

p.s. - are there any other logos on here yet besides the 3 that came with the hack?
