I've been having a problem lately, and I was wondering if any of you have had the same issue. Yesterday, when I went to log a voice memo, I found that all 10 of my slots were filled. When I listened to them, they appeared to have been logged at random times during the day when I was doing something else, like quitely banging on my keyboard. Perhaps it's my phone holster or my poor posture, but something appears to be turning the voice recorder on. I can't imagine a position I could assume that would select and hold the voice memo button down, but I can't think of what else might be happening.
I was bored a few days ago and started exploring my i300 again. I came across the voice memo thing which i haven't touched since i got my phone a few months ago. And all 10 spots were used!!! And all of the memos were random....a lot of me typing at my computer, some in my car i think, and a few at restaurants or something. Totally baffling!! Anyone know what's goin on?
Not that it's life threatening, but it's just kinda weird. Thanks.
Sometimes when I attempt to turn off my phone when in pocket or case I grab it backwords and in turn press the voice record button. That is the cause in my particular case.
it never happened to me, I am quite meticulous about the keyguard being on whenever my I300 is stored in the pocket. All because one day my phone dialed my friend while i was SITTING in the car, and I burned like 30 peak mins while his voicemail recorded everything. Anyhow, seems like all your phones are diong this weird recording thing while you're in the seated position...keyguard will def. help!
KeyGuard kills the usefulness of the voice memo tool when I most need it: on the road. Hopefully, PDAApps will tweak their EasyKeyGuard hack enough to make this a valid option.
