My client has a new Sprint-flavor i500 and cannot sync it with Microsoft Entourage 2004 with the most recent updates, using Missing Sync 4.0.5 or the Palm HotSync. It syncs using other conduits but hangs when any of the Entourage sync functions are enabled. All of the Palm conduits which conflict with Entourage have been removed. The Entourage database has been given a complete rebuild without any change in the sync behavior.

Does anyone here have any experience with this?
