Mine is 51495. I have still been having dropped calls, erratic signal and battery discharge ranging from 6 hours to 18 hours regardless of usage (still a non-updated phone), and I'm getting frustrated with the Saga. Out of desperation I did an option 1 update on *228, and this may have helped my phone. I'm going to give it a few days and see if there is any noticeable improvement before I start looking for a new phone.
So far my take on the Saga is that it's a great PDA and a marginal phone. I've never had this much signal issue with a phone from Verizon. Dropped calls are fine in fringe areas, but unacceptable when I have 4 bars of signal...
All my Saga's are 51495, but every other device I have.. Ozone.. BB 8830.. BB Tour.. and some "other" devices are all on 51468. Not sure if that means anything....
For those having issues or even no issues... after the update, what is your PRL?
It's under Start | Settings | System tab | Version
Mine is 51495.
Mine is also 51495 - only major issue with update is slow to acquire GPS signal at times. Trying out the GPS toggle program to see if that helps

dont really know what the real world effect is but according to the roaming zone link above:
Quote:
Note: Verizon issues several PRL's with each revision, and the one you receive depends on your plan, phone model and location. The order of roaming partners among all PRL's issued on the same date is virtually identical.
July 9, 2009 (includes 51468 - 51503)
so in theory 51468 and 51495 are the same as far as relevent content but perhaps formatted differently or something?
