After C-7 update, the phone does not turn on!!!

Absolutely dead as a doornail. Nothing. The update downloaded perfectly but the phone never restarted. I am very sad.

Thoughts?

This happened on Saga 3 of 5 for me. Hard/Soft reset didn't work and reinstalling firmware failed as well. The solution was to call VZ and have them send me refurb.

Phone 4 (refurb) that was sent would boot, but when you got to home screen, nothing functioned... Which lead to me throwing one heck of a fit and phone 5 (brand new) was sent... That didn't work either... They took me off the device and gave me an Ozone...

DECGTech how does the ozone compare? Did you have to specifically ask them to switch your phone out?
