Samsung Saga Alarm Volume

Hello everyone. I need some help with my new Samsung Saga Pocket PC phone. Whenever I use the alarm clock feature within Windows and the actual alarm starts playing its really really loud. Fiddling with the volume controls has no effect on the volume of the alarm playback. I've looked around in different forums and sites and have found little to no information about this problem. Did find one site that had some poster mentioning that on a different model of Samsung phone they had this same problem and discovered that changing the volume on the alarm sounds was not possible.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I've never tried to change it, never noticed it t be exceptionally lound. Either way that doesn't sound like a problem to me. Annoyingly loud means I'll actually wake up...

Yes, it doesn't sound like a problem unless you wake up peeing the bed from fright...yes an exaggeration...I didn't literally pee the bed! It would be nice, however, to have some control so as not to wake up the whole neighborhood. Any help would be appreciated.
