XM Radio on i760

I noticed a thread for Sirius Radio on the i760, but for all you XM'ers out there (myself included), I decided to do a little digging. It looks like we have two options:
  1. xstreamxm.com/mobile
    The Good
    • Easy. Point your browser to this URL, choose a channel, low/high quality, enter you your XM userid/pass and it will open a stream in WMPlayer
    • The webpage loads the song and artist info and lets you pick a new channel
    • Can save your login info if you don't want to have to log in each time.
    • Free
    The Bad
    • The webpage reloads every *10* seconds to update song info
    • Have to be okay with submitting your login info unencrypted through this site
    • No visible privacy policy.
  2. Pocket XM Radio
    MS article/review
    The Good
    • Stand alone app
    • Save favorites
    The Bad
    • $20.95 for Standard
    • $24.95 for Pro (includes video feeds not related to XM in any way)
  3. http://mobile.musicdock.com
    The Good
    • Displays artist/track info
    • Category and full list views
    • Save a favorites list (via cookies?) (seems to be broken right now)
    • Free
    The Bad
    • Have to be okay with submitting your login info unencrypted through this site
    • No visible privacy policy

Does anyone know of any others?
Does anyone have personal experience with Pocket XM Radio?
I've tried the XstreamXM site and it works well, but I'd prefer a stand alone app and would like to be able to store favorites.

I use the online access--honestly it works great. I don't why I would pay for an app....

URL

Thanks; this is a great tip. FYI, I think the URL for option 1 is actually xstreamxm.com/mobile (without "radio" at the end). Works great.

Actually, I've been using a service that's in my opinion, a little better. I'd recommend everyone with XM check out musicdock.com. Their site is formatted for mobiles, so its clean and efficient. Plus, it separates the channels by categories instead of the "pick one channel when you login" approach that xstreamxm has.

Thanks, added it to the list. It doesnt give me any better of a warm fuzzy when it comes to securing/protecting my login info, but I do like the interface a little better in most aspects of musicdock over that of xstreamxm.

"Secret" Option #4

Don't remember where I saw this first, but you can use xmstream and make a WMP playlist, and just go to the channel you want directly from WMP quickly.

I downloaded this playlist from someone who did it. Just edit the file, do a find a replace for yourname@email.com (replace w/ your login) and yourpassword (replace w/ yours) and rename the txt file to .asx and you're good to go.

I find it easier than dealing with a browser/wmp combo.
