ActiveSync 4.5 and rapimgr.exe
I have finally resolved my ActiveSync problems, and determined that the problem was in the Connection settings, USB to PC, that I needed to uncheck the advanced network features box.
If I didn't, rapimgr.exe hit 100% CPU and stayed there after the first connection to my phone.
(Yes, I wiped out all the other stuff originally in this post, changed two things at once apparently...)
