My Must-have PDA programs

Absolute Musts for me:
1. Calc 98--Free scientific calculator and unit convertor. Unbelievable what it does.
2. BatteryPack Pro. I agree it's misnamed. Does so much more

3. ListPro. By Illiumsoft. Can't do without this one.

My PDA is an ancient Dell Axim X-5. Phone is LG the V. Waiting patiently (Bite tongue) for i760 . I want to get converged!!!!!!!!!!

What software have you put on your i760?

SPILL IT!

I don't have a memory card yet (got a 6GB), it's in the mail. So I only have (so far):

Phone Alarm
SPB Weather
SPB Pocket Plus

I had these on my i730 - so I'm used to them

What do you have? Are there better products than mine?

Assuming this is about the i760.
It sounds like PhoneAlarm is still important even with WM6.

Sad...

Pocket Informant
Pocket Breeze
Phone Alarm Lite.

That is all I will put on there. Maybe a wallet program and a list program. Still trying to decide on those. I have used Flexwallet in the past and it is nice.

I have put the following programs on my i760

1. PhoneAlarm
2. SPB Pocket Plus
3. Resco Explorer
4. Dinar MemoryMaid
5. Dinar Task Manager and another Dinar Program

All is working fantastic at this time and not had to hard reset the phone yet.

I have WeatherPanel but am reluctant to put it on since Verizon has a great weather website on the phones homepage.

HTC Home

I've got a few games but I dropped Sbp and went with the HTC home plug in and Customizer. I have a question for any other i760 users out there. Has anyone tried installing HTC Home 2.0 yet, and has it worked? I have had zero luck. Also, the HTC Comm manager works ok, but won't interface with WiFi at all. Anyone else having this experiece. Also, I'm striking out getting the HTC Voice Recorder to work, but only because I couldn't find one in WM6! Any ideas?

May be I dont understand what you are doing?

Are you taking sw designed for an HTC and loading it on the i760?
If yes, Why?
What is the issue with the current sw on the i760 that performs the same functionality?

I loaded up AE Button Plus for the first time. I mapped the left soft key to "Start Menu" and the right soft key to "Close Application". A long press on the center D-pad button (do we call it the O-pad now?) will shut the screen off but won't turn it back on. Once I get that figured out then I won't need to use the side Start and OK buttons or the top power button.

the on-screen soft keys on mine are left:calculator right menu. What I was referring to was the actual hardware buttons on each side of the clear key. So its like having two extra buttons now.

Has anyone tried Wisbar Advance 3 and Wisbar Advance Desktop yet? I've been a skinning fool on my 730 lately since I know I'll be ditching it and I can hard reset it all I want. I know that the less invasive apps will work, it's the OS skins I'm concerned about the most.

Just for kicks and giggles I loaded SD Autostep on Sammy at 520. He sure is flying now! I didn't think it would work.
