What do you guys think? A scam?
The detailed specs don't seem to be accurate, e.g.

  2. Infrared (IR) can control home entertainment equipment Platform / OS Windows Mobile for Pocket PCs
  3. version: 2003 2nd Edition / 520 MHz Intel Bulverde Processor

Note that this is a Samsung SGH-i760, not SCH-i760.
Differences? GSM vs. CDMA, slides up (à la i730/830) vs.to the side, etc...

If need be I have friends in Chicago who can verify if this is a legit company..but from all appearances everything seems to be fine..though I wish their prices were significantly lower.
Now I know you're joking. You had me worried there for a minute that you where actually considering this.

I remember when the Kyocera 7135 hit the street, it was sold by some company in Texas for 2 weeks before showing up @ Verizon. Does anybody remember this event (or even the company)? I remember paying $699 for it (nuts I know), but it was legit. Maybe we are witnessing a little of this now? Perhaps dawn is arriving.

There's one more thing wrong with that ad. While it shows an old pic of a SCH-i760, the FCC ID listed is for the i730.

FCC ID A3LSCHI730
