I would agree with Michael. I think the i760 is sitting in whatever warehouses they use right now. The only decision left is for the marketing genius' to "pull the trigger," so to speak. And, as I said before, there is only one thing that they use as their deciding factor - how and when to release it so that the company realizes the most profit... and that doesn't mean simply profit from the one time sale, but how the multiple sales fit into their entire product line of hardware and usage.

You guys,
Over in HowardForums there are a few recent posts of reps in stores saying that the i760 will have Rev A.
Can this be true?

To back up what MR said and also yours, YES the i760 is ready to be shipped and VZW is planning to release it a day before the iPhone or a day after that. Rumours are they plan to really wait two days after iPhone release. Now that could change anytime knowing VZW's fickle-minded bean counters. That said I KNOW everyone here will fall in love with the i760 and you will wonder >>>how can a device that is good already (i730) be made better!!!! Fun times are ahead

So, it looks like my birthday is getting pushed off a little further into the future. On the bright side of things, that means I get to be 39 for a little longer.
(That's just my little way of trying to cheer myself up for having to wait for the i760 to be released. Now I know how my kids feel when my kids ask me for something and I tell them, "I'll think about it.")

lol. Wonder if these are the same reps who insisted that the i730 did not have wifi and we could not connect to the internet unless we purchased a data plan.

LOL, no disrespect meant of course. I do see he/she is a moderator so I assume he/she probably has a source of some sort.
