You cannot renew your contract unless it's up and youre just paying month to month. If you have time left on your contract, the only way you can get it is if you buy it as an Upgrade ($519.99) or get a whole new contract ($299.99) then you can go ahead with the -$50 MIR... then cancel the line, so you'll save a few bucks.

That's what I did. Hope you get what you need, I'm going to bed.

actually I'm pretty pissed....it shows that I'm eligible for NE2, but when I select upgrade, my line is greyed out and I can't go any further....

I may be stuck waiting for morming too...

I found out that that only applies to new customers online. Was not to happy when i heard that. They do say that it is 2 buisness days, so i hope to have it by Tuesday or Wednesday

just upgraded 2 i730's to i760's for $99 each.

Question though... I picked to keep the same plan and then it still forced me to pick unlimited data and pay-per text messaging...

Does that mean they are going to ding me above my older PDAchoice plans which included unlimited data for unlimited data again?

Also I had SMS2K on both plans still, and I'd like that to stay, all the plan stuff to stay but just get new phones...

Anyone have any experience with what they do? I imagine they will jack it all up and I'll end up having to spend hours on the phone with CS.

Can't complain about the price though, I paid $649.99 for my i730's plus had the expensive data plans.

Folks...The phone is on the website. I think this thread is now over. The 10+ month journey has ended. I feel like the 4 Hobbits from The Lord of The Rings.

FYI, the upgrade website states free overnight shipping on orders placed online. So it appears that overnight shipping is the default.

Anybody know the b2b online discount??

It is telling me that the site is being upgraded to try again later. Anybody have any Idea what this price will be through b2b online??

Can this get any cheaper? I dont know if I should order this phone through online as an upgrade or wait to see online b2b.
