I'm one of the "lucky 40" who ordered and received an i760 a couple of weeks ago. Like the others, I noticed that the "Get Applications" link on the Today Screen was dead.

As of this morning that link is now active and goes to www.handango.com/vzw-6700/home.jsp?siteId=1772.

Not sure if this means anything, but thought it notable.

It seems there are some scattered reports of people ordering and getting the I760. I assume this is being done through B2B reps? I will try on Monday and see if my southern California b2b rep can get me one.

Now the i760 doesn't have built in GPS right? So that free Google Maps thing will kind of be like the fruit phone right? It will show you places but not "where you are" ?

Looking at the manual that Dangerous provided to us it does talk about External GPS.

What was the b2b price? Do you get the NE2 and ADD discounts when you order through b2b?

Did anybody else have success ordering via b2b? Did you just get lucky or have they already released to b2b?

Its available via B2B. And the Rep at my local store said they will be selling them Monday October 1st.

I might agree w/ your statement about being available via B2B but for sale at stores? I haven't heard any hints or rumors of any stores having them in stock. In the past the stores have received them a few days early and a few members usually find this out before they go on sale.

Sounds like there are some folks able to place orders with their B2B reps. From what I've read it seems they are all on the west coast. I know there are others out there that live in the NE area or more specifically MA or NH that are obviously quite interested in getting this phone. If anyone has any MA/NH reps that are able to place orders any heads up would be apprecaited.

Well its just what the guy told me. Im going there tomorrow morning to see if he was right and buy one. And if he was ill post up a pick or something .

Very interesting windows mobile seach page had some of the SCH-I760 as new but when you click on link does not show up in the line up.

If you select the service locations it lists two SKUs.

Anyway I have been looking into this phone since it was announced.

Some software vendors appear to be ready when VZW gets the phone to us all.

So I decided to call in today and see what my chances were to find a phone waiting for me over there.....and they were not good. I talked to a nice young lady who mentioned that they were not there and that she too is looking forward to the release of this phone too. (Coincidently, she also heard about the release of a few too). I asked if she could look them up on both ends (civilian and Business) She did and said that they are not available on either. So, please, someone let me know if some of you are blowing smoke up my skirt or not. Thanks. Also, if you have a rep who is selling it to you and want to hook me up, please PM me too. My POS phone is having to be reset every other day now. Thanks.
