Spoke to CS and the girl hadn't heard of the phone. I then gave her the sku and she was able to find it but said she could find the discounts to add and wasn't able to order it. I told her the only reason I was calling her was because my b2b rep wouldn't call me back. She said to call the main b2b number tomorrow after 9a EST and they would order it for me.

Okay, the server seems to have slowed down and I just finished the list. (63) freakin names! -My contribution for all the help I've received on this forum! I'm really hoping our rep can help everyone. I will post again when I close the list.

...Did anyone try calling the 1-800-VZW-4BIZ (1-800-899-4249) and ordering it directly from them?

For anyone who has an i760 .... How much memory is available for application usage?

For any of the lucky few that have one of these puppies ...

How much memory is available ... on the i760 ... when it comes up the first time after a reboot? The reason ... I used a Mogul ... and only about ~20Mb was available out of 64Mb after WM6 loaded ... and the Mogul was dog slow. How much user memory is available on the i760 by default?

When changing from landscape to portrait ... do you see a performance delay? Have you tried tethering the device, yet? Will it tether to a Mac? Any information in the box about a potential Rev A upgrade, soon, as per the comment earlier today about potentially a Rev A upgrade.

Thanks.

Negative on Rev. A, it was never intended to be a Rev. A device from the start it was a Rev. 0 device.

I'm showing 29.25MB free with outlook and activesync running only. Storage at 57.37MB free.

Takes generally less then 1 second for it to flip from landscape to portrait. I see no REV A docs in the box or materials that came with.

I called regular customer service and said I wanted to upgrade my phone. He asked which phone I wanted and I told him the Samsung i760. He looked around and said he couldn't find it so I asked him if it would help if I gave him the SKU. He laughed and said, "you have the SKU?" I told him it and he looked it up and sure enough, he got it ordered for me. $299.99 w/out rebate and w/out NE2. He then started to talk about what a sweet phone the i730 was and asked my if I would consider selling it. I told him I would sell it to him for $50 if he really wanted my used phone. He asked if he could call me if he decided he wanted it and I told him if he didn't want to go on ebay for a new one, I'd be more than happy to sell it to him. How funny is that? Here's looking forward to Saturday!

$399 no rebate?

I finally got through via *611, and the guy was surprised he found the phone. I ordered it, then was told the price was $599, but I since I was eligible for an upgrade, it brought it down to $399. No rebate. Not sure how you guys are getting $299 plus $50 rebate, but kudos to you!

The SKU is for the phone, 1 or 2 yr. contract is not associated with the SKU.
