well the phone wireless manager phone part won't even turn on I dk why I think it has no esn I bought it off ebay

hate to double post i updated to 6.1 and nothing whats wrong and why wont any one reply ? any way i might just return it im about to give up on this

OK, lets start at the beginning...

You bought the phone off ebay, did you have any problems getting it connected?

You said you updated to 6.1, can you access the wireless manager (by going to start, settings, connections, phone)?

Have you tried hard resetting your phone?

Is the phone in good physical condition?
