I have an app in my /Windows/Startup folder that I want to launch last or put a 5 or 10 second delay on before it starts. Is this possible? Thanks

I have memmaid installed and the "startup items" sections lets you re-order them but it does not seem to be working. I also know that the full version of sk-tools has an option to do this too but i'm really looking for free options.

I found an app called refreshtoday. I put it in the startup folder and it works but it still starting too early because I still have my problem. The problem is with claunch icons not showing up after soft-reset unless I refresh the today screen. Here is a link that describes my same problem, also with the refreshtoday.zip I mentioned in post #3.

This thread (post #71) mentions a version of claunch optimized for wm6 but the link is dead and google doesn't find anything. Anyone know where I can find it?
