I think I shorted out the internal antenna on my phone. I like the phone, and would like to fix it, or send it away to get fixed (could be cheaper to find another on ebay though)

But here's what happened.

I thought the port on the back was for an external antenna. I purchased some old verizon trucks at a utility auction from verizon. I found some gadgets, parts, and antennas..........of course i plugged an antenna into that darn port

after that i no longer get reception haha..

Anyone know if I can fix this myself - or a company that does it.

I took it to verizon, they couldn't do anything. Phone works , just very little service.
