It won't fully 6.1 upgrade.

It says "Your device is upgraded already!! This tool does not allow reinstallation. I also don't know how to get into the registry area to change the align screen values.

Is it possible you already have 6.1 installed? If you go to "Start > Settings > System > About", what does it say?

Why go into the registry, just run the screen calibration in "Start > Settings > System > Screen > Allign Screen".
