just got my replacement i760 in the mail (refurb). It was already upgraded to 6.1, but still had ver. BD14 instead of BJ10. So I ran this most recent update on it, and it completed without a hitch. It didnt even get stuck when updating the phone radio.

I attempted to download the update last night and it said "page not available".

I'm going to try again tonight.

DO a hard reset on the phone BEFORE attempting the upgrade.

So this update will basically put your phone back to factory fresh settings... and I'll need to reinstall all of my applications?

Get & read upgrade instructions before upgrading. I'm supplying these links as an alternative way to download.

Has anyone tried the bluetooth yet? Will it connect to different handsfree devices without intervention after the upgrade?

No, you still have to select your device. The connections seem somewhat better but it still sucks. I'm jumping to the Storm or Touch Pro...I haven't decided which yet.

MR3 update complete... no data connection

completed a hard reset, then ran the MR3 update... now I can't get connected to the data network, nor will it let me receive or make a call. I get an error stating that the Verizon network cannot authenticate my phone. I'm on my way to a local store and see what they can do.

Samsung is smoking crack saying that MR2 fixed the bluetooth pairing issue. I can confirm that MR3 hasn't either! I sure hope that the Omnia won't pull this crap either or it will be the last Samsung device I buy period!

I think I'll try this update after the Touch Pro and Omnia are released. Then if I brick it I can fight for one of those

Well, it appears that you can get it via the Verizon support page. Any new victims?

Took my phone to the local VZW store who, after playing with it for 25 minutes, ended up calling Customer Care. They had to reset the phone at the system level. It's now working, but what a pain the arse.

Hmm..mine went pretty painless. I ran it and walked away...came back about an hour later and it was good to go. Now to reload all apps back on...

It annoys me that Verizon is so non-standard. For example where on the download page is there mention of the version or release date? Anybody who finds that page will just think it is the first 6.1 upgrade that came out months ago.

Thank god for the people on this site! Verizon should take note.
