As I was going to note before it was closed, when it was first posted, the link at the "Official" thread originally did have the actual download as well as the pdf. When I went back later, the upgrade tool was gone and only the pdf remained. It appears that Samsung might have been asked to take these down (or decided to revise it or the instructions based upon the problems). I'm still waiting to install because when I went to do it, I realized that I lost my USB cable some time in the past 3 days.

FYI, I've put a link to post #4 above in the WM 6.1 Update Info thread that is stickied at the top of the forum. That way folks can find the links to the mirror easily. Thanks, ebedoun, for providing the mirror.
