Go to Settings --> Today --> Items tab. Highlight Calendar in the list and select the Options... button. There you will see a choice for whether it shows just the next appointment (the default) or Upcoming appointments (what you had before).

Can't add new Email Account

After I did the 6.1 update everything was fine except my pop email would not send out. So I removed it and now I can't add an email account. I did a hard reset and with a clean system I still couldn't get to the account setup page. It would take me to the mms page. I tried the tap here the option new account and nothing works. Anyone else having this problem. I was able to add my exchange and hotmail (from windows live) but it will not allow me to add another email account.

Also something i found. If you are doing an email or text and you don't get the autocomplete list hit the space bar and you will see a black box at the bottom and then you can choose it from there. I had it like that before and now I have the old way with the list.

My update went smoothly but now I cannot sync with exchange. I keep on getting sync error. sync with desktop works fine. I've searched and it seems to be issue with wm 6.1 and 2007 server.

Are you hitting Exchange via Wifi or VZW wireless? I was having a bit of an issue this AM after doing the upgrade last night and found that if I changed my Activsync on the phone from As items arrive to sync every 15 minutes, my problem went away. It was hanging up both my laptop (XP SP2) and my 760. Both work now.

I can't even sign on to the exchange. It will not recognize the password and I keep on getting 85010015 error. I am using the same setting as before that work fine before the update. My IT guy is stumped as well.

D'oh! I knew it would end up being something stupid on my part. Anyway, I've tried TodayAgenda and really like it.

Thanks for answering my question!

So I figured out what was causing me not to get sms through sleep. SPB Phone Suite - I'm 100% sure. 15 hard resets and various tests done proved it. I now have SPB PP, MS, Weather installed and can recieve texts just fine (which is good cause I was going to cry if I couldn't use these :/ especailly PP and MS).

Officially PS isn't supported for 6.1 but some people have had it work, and others like me haven't. Guess I'll have to live without notifications and profiles for now.

I also get this error. Its pretty common with 6.1 syncing with 2 computers... It's a microsoft goof, but of course they haven't acknowledged it from what i can tell from a gizzilion searches.... I've tried all kinds of stuff as others have and nothing seems to fix it permanently. very frustrating.

"Searching Contacts" a step back with 6.1

With 6.0 you could search contacts dialing any number string even the last four numbers and you would bring up contacts that matched that string.
Now you have to start with the area code to search contacts via a phone number. Hopefully I am just missing a setting or something.

Installed OK but when I use my SPB backup image and try restoring my emails/system... I can't text and my Gmail account is gone. I get a message about "Company Policy". WTF?! If I just restore my contacts everything is OK. It would be nice to recover my texts, email is no biggie it's IMAP from Gmail so I can always pull it back down.

Also when I do the full restore Task Manager doesn't work. I'm thinking it must be a registry change or something that isn't quite compatible. SPB does say it cannot replace the cemail.vol and two other .vols. It also says the device is not the same.

I found out by trial and error that it was my Calendar that was causing the conflict. The default "Synchronize only the past" is 2 weeks. I changed it to "All" and it synchronized wihtout any error. I still have to sync on my home computer to make sure I do not get the error on that comptuer.

Hmm. I'll try that. Usually when i fix it on one compuer the error goes to the other computer, and back and forth. Let me know if it works at home for you.

I also read that a possible fix is to delete all your contacts and calendar stuff on one computer, then delete the partnership for that computer on both the computer and the phone. Then sync up with the other computer, then create a new partnership on the computer u just cleared. Apparently 6.1 doesn't like syncing with 2 already existing partnerships. I'll let u know if that works when i get back from work today.

I was having same issue. VZW sent me all over the place to no avail.
Followed your thought of setting up a new account BEFORE deleting the existing account.
All seems to be good now.
Thanks and sorry that I got to win off your pain.

Okay, my way did not work on my home computer as I still received the error. I will try your way when I get back home.

After following your advice I tried to sync with my home computer. I received two errors in my calendar. They were two birthday's that were causing the conflict. I removed them from my i760 and was able to sync without any errors. Now the test will come on Monday when I try to sync again with my work computer.

Yeah, mine worked without a problem. So now its synced at work (source) and at home (just once), with no errors. Like you said though, the real test comes monday at work. At least we made some progress

I've had this problem come up several times within the past week to ten days. It's extremely annoying because it seems to shut down the whole phone from what I can tell (although I haven't tried testing it by calling myself from a landline when the i760 won't seem to wake up). I don't recall ever having a problem like that on the i760 before the WM 6.1 update. The only thing I can think of is that the problem started to crop up after I installed some third party programs, including Spb Pocket Plus, Spb Weather, Spb Wallet, and maybe one or two others (not phoneAlarm, though).

I have this problem, and i have none of those 3rd party apps that you mention. i really think it has to do with a data connection hanging the phone. Mine gets warm(er) when it's in this "dead" mode.
