Not sure if this has been posted, i scanned through 5 pages and didn't see.
my Time keep Reverting to Mountain standard time. I have upgraded 2 I760's yesterday, mine and one other. Both phones are having the same issue. The other user changed it to Arizona and the Rebooted it. Time has been ok for 30 minutes.
Anyone else seeing this?
I changed the time, did a Send and receive with my exchange server. It changed back to mountain.
I am now changing to AZ and rebooting to see if this fixes that bug. Nope. when it came back up it was in mountain timezone.
Both phones on reboot go to Mountain time zone. this isn't good.
Edit.
went to the phone settings and turned off the auto time zone and that fixed it. I guess in AZ it doesn't know where it should be.

I haven't been able to get VC announcements through BT headset or wired headsets. Anyone else have this issue?
Works fine for me after upgrading to 6.1. Actually, it works better after the upgrade. There's way less lag between the time i press the button on my bluetooth and the time when VC asks me to say a command
I'm using a Plantronics Voyager 855. The the 'mic' icon appears only after I press the side button on the handset. Then I hear a tone and can make calls. So that part appears to be working although I'd like to be able to activate it via the BT itself rather than the handset.
Incoming calls and texts do NOT work however. I used to get VC announcing calls and reading texts, but now that doesn't work.
Also, the youtube videos playing automatically using PIE do not sound anywhere near as good as they did using TCPMP. I tried the various solutions offered on XDA, but none worked for me.

I have a plantronics and sent myself a "high priority" message. it read it in my bt headset. i have unchecked the "only during free time" in teh VC settings for messages.
ok, so i did the upgrade monday night, charged the phone all night, got up tuesday morning. Here we are Wednesday and I am still at 90%? I did a coulple soft reset to make sure it wasnt lying..anyone else experience this? I LOVE it!
I haven't tested it (I use a a Sync/Charge at work), but I am pretty sure that battery life is greatly improved OR it's totally inaccurate. I was on WiFi for several hours last night and it only seemed to go down one or two bars. I hope it is the former.

Just a suggestion... I reloaded SPB Pocket Plus, Sprite BKUP, Kilmist Registry Editor, and MemMaid following the 6.1 upgrade. Before using the application files that I had downloaded to my laptop, I checked the developer websites and three had updated their programs and since they were minor upgrades, free of charge.
ALthough I keep backups on my storage card (which will be even easier if we no longer need the SDHC hack), I always try to re-download everything from the developers websites any time I want or need to do a hard reset for just that reason. Good to point out.

Are you saying that you can't activate Voice Command by holding down the action button on your headset? Did it work for you in 6.0? I ask because I have an 855. I can initiate VC in 6.0 by holding the main button just fine - would hate to lose that.
I haven't seen a definitive answer for my questions in the numerous 6.1 links. Does the 6.1 upgrade fix the memory leak problem? Also, any problems with phoneAlarm version 2? Thanks.

I have the same headset too and mine is fine before and after....fine except the fact that it doesnt recognize half of what I say
I'm not sure if this is necessarily a "fix" or a result of a relatively fresh system, but I'm no longer having the issue where using the keyboard would always result in missed letters. Before I would have to type very slowly to ensure that it was registering every letter. Now it seems I can type at a normal speed and not miss any letters. Has anyone else noticed this too?
All I did was install SPB Pocket Plus and now it's getting really slow again, any one else notice this is Pocket Plus installed?

I think IProb8 was looking at it but had not yet determined.
As far as the intergoes, there was another post about 6.1 incuding a radio update. If your phone is having problems with steady signal or dropping calls you the install may not have been done correctly. Now for the battery i have had my phone on the charger everynight since monday. It doesnt die or get fully charged its at a constant i would say 95%. So i would say its very innacurate or just amazingly perfect!!!!! you choose!!!!!!!
Not sure what could have happened... did you try a hard reset?
I upgraded to 6.1 and my wireless is working flawless...
Make sure your able to see the wireless with another device.
Hope you get it going.

I too am having WiFi issues. I use WEP with MAC authentication. i760 sees the Access Point, requests WEP key (which I copy/paste for accuracy) but it won't connect.
The old #4357* dial code to bring up the MAC code does not work. Don't think the MAC would change with the update to 6.1, but that is all I can think of.
