How do I turn off wireless sync?

Using Omnia with current firmware. Set up wireless active sync with microsoft exchange server. I synced and got all my data from work computer. Now I want to turn off the wireless sync but don't know how. I plan to go to the corded active sync because it seems to run the battery down faster when having it wirelessly connected all the time. Or if I could sync it manually once a day wirelessly and then have the connection shut down would be ok I guess. I basically want to undo what I did to set up the connection.

In WMDC in the connection settings, you can select which type of item will sync where. If you have calendar, mail, tasks, etc., checked under the Exchange server entry, that's how those items will sync. You can uncheck them and check them under your desktop PC but then they will only be updated when you are connected to the PC (or why have a pdaPhone?). Also, you could change the sync settings so you only sync manually when you launch ActiveSync on the Omnia and hit Sync Now. In ActiveSync, Menu->Schedule. Change the Peak times: and Off-peak times: settings.
