i900, Omnia i910, Omnia II, Omnia HD, Omnia i8910 - I am more confused than usual
I searched the forum and can't find a definitive answer. I am pretty sure that the i900 is the current Omnia on sale at Verizon for $99. The reduced price is making me want to abandon my current i760, but I see lots of stuff about a newer version coming in the next two months. I can't tell if these are all names for the same thing or if they are all different phones. Please help - what's the major difference (if any) between the following:
Samsung i900, Omnia i910, Omnia II, Omnia HD, Omnia i8910

Thanks!
i910 (O1 for us) is CDMA Vzw phone. i900 is European GSM - doesn't work on U.S. Networks at anything but 1x RITT (or whatever the low-speed EDGE network is), won't work on Vzw network (not CDMA).
The other Omnia's are not out yet in the U.S. and not $99. The i910 would be your only bet right away if you want a $99 Vzw phone (haven't checked beyond BoyGeniusReport to verify). The Omnia II is due out "any day now" (you know how that works with Vzw - the rumor is before Xmas). It's main attractions are it's 800 x 480 OLED screen (or thereabouts), can record high definition video (720p, I think) and officially WM 6.5 upgradable. According to a Vzw store rep (what do they ever know, right?!), if you use your NE2 on an O1, you're outa luck on a sweet deal on a phone upgrade until NE2 renewal time rolls around again, unless you have a VIP account (900 minutes/mo or some such), in which case you can get an upgrade every year.
