wmwifirouter and official cf03 rom

So, i have the official rom on my phone. No customs after that. Now, for some reason, when i install wmwifirouter and run it once, it breaks the internet on my phone. No programs can access the internet after that -- except Skyfire for some reason. It's weird, Skyfire works just fine. But no PIE, no Opera, no Twinkini, no facebook, etc. I've done soft resets. no luck. Any suggestions? I have the latest wmwifirouter 1.52.

OK. So I've used this old joke before:

Patient - Doc, it hurts when I raise my arm.

Doc-I see. Well, just don't raise your arm, anymore.

So, I'm not sure you'll see the humor but just don't use WMWiFiRouter, anymore!

Maybe dropping the creators a line would get some help if someone else doesn't have a fix?

Have you found the answer to this question. I am having the same issues. Happened once prior, not sure what I did to fix but it worked fine for a few days. Started to have same issue today

@Jim
Patient: Doc, it hurts when I breath
Doc: I see. Well, just don't breath anymore.

Jim I dig your sense of humor but an alternative would be a little more helpful. Does anyone know of a free alternative for tethering wifi/usb?

I asked about WMWifirouter in the official ROM thread.

For me: mobile wifi hotspot > GPS

So I guess I'm gonna have to pass on the new ROM until this gets resolved.

Here's advice from Eschelon in PPCGeeks but it's on getting WMWiFiRouter working on a cooked ROM over CF03 - hey, maybe enough motivation to flash to a cooked ROM?! (you can always flash back to CF03 if you don't like what you get).

PPCGeeks - View Single Post - CF03 Based ROMs From Adrynalyne 2.0 *Latest ROMs Here!*

(enter the thread and see Eschelon's next post as well)
