Got my Omnia

Couldn't wait for the next one, besides after spending over $1500 on my last 3 Sammys, this was a bargain. Look forward to all the chatter over here, and appreciate all of your information.

$1500 for 3 sammys, were they housed in solid gold?

Chatter on this forum is becoming nonexistent.

If your looking for a good stable rom try Blazingwolfs v9 Rom. It works great for me and is very stable. If you like it donate something, im sure you can afford it.

Yeah, we're not even having good arguments anymore! That must mean that we've reaching a plateau, everything's working kinda O.K. and we're waiting for Godot (patiently).

I'm happy with Adrynalyne's v1.7 of WM 6.1. Think I will wait for a big step up in devices unless Vzw gives a real sweet deal on Omnia II or whatever. There are other things in life besides new phones!

Well, remember the i700 and i730 had NO deals, and the i760 was up there $$. Add extra chargers, cables, screen protectors. Didn't take long to give me black plastic and take my gold.

Hmmmm, wife was jealous because I had a cradle. I thought BT was the way to sync, back to the dongle for big files.

i will probably pick up the omnia 2 just because of an LED screen. It's higher resolution, which is nice on the eyes. I heard it looks great even outside.. and i would assume LED is going to help out battery life a lot. (since LED tvs take up so much less power.)

This morning after having it for 48 hours I dropped it. The rear cover came off and the battery came out. No visible damage but it still works. <hmmmmm>

I've had the Vzw silicone case all along. At first it feels funny on the Omnia but after awhile, the Omnia feels naked without it, slippery bar of soap so easy to drop!
