I think I have a simple question and for some reason I haven't been able to fix the problem. My album art covers are showing in the Windows Media Player on my Omnia but they do not show up in the Touch Player although all of the songs are there with the default pink album cover. Can you please let me know what am I doing wrong? Thanks.
I tried searching and I didn't find any info so please feel free to direct me if this has already been discussed.
Ok, so I figured it out...must have been tired last nite. Just renamed the album art jpeg files to "folder" and it worked. Found the answer on some other form.
Sort of annoying way to do it if you have a lot of songs. If someone has a better option, please let us know.
I just googled it and it wasn't really a forum.....some post @ some site. Don't remember the name.
Also, there has to be a better way of doing this as well. I am curious to hear from other folks on this forum if anyone else had a hard time with the album art or how are they using their touch player.
It seems like the issue is the length of the name of the jpeg file that touch player can't read so the album art jpeg file doesn't have to be named folder but could be anything. However, all of the songs in an album will be associated with the cover art and works perfect. WMP tends to give really long names to the media art images.
I still can't get the album art to show. It shows on a select few of my albums, however not all. It seems that, in my file explorer anyway, that the jpeg needs to be renamed to match the name of the song. E.G. Creed's Greatest Hits shows up. The lay out is that first I have a Creed.jpg. Next I have Torn.mp3 immediately followed by Torn.jpg. The torn.jpg and Creed.jpg are the same image. I am confused. Is there anyway to make windows automatically assosciate the image/song on a per song basis?

I played around with the name of the jpeg file (cover art) and it has to be named "folder" for all your CDs to make it work correctly. So for example, if you have artist ABC and two CDs, X & Y listed under two files, each file will have a jpeg image for the cover art for CD X and Y and it has to be named "folder" and it will work for all the songs under that file.
SCORE!!! Philidelphia, you truly are a scholar... Just kicked up the awesomness of my omnia two fold!!
