I have been scanning the various freeware threads, and have been getting very frustrated because every time I run across something I like, it won't work on WM5. So please, if you have any freeware recommendations that run on WM5, please post them here. Thanks.

What type of stuff are you looking for, and what hasn't worked under WM5? There is a wonderful site:

That is nothing but freeware applications for the Pocket PC, some won't work on WM5, but it's very few of them, and new ones are submitted all the time.

You might breeze through there and see if something meets your desire for applications. Are you just looking for new apps to play with, or are you looking for something to fix a problem?

Also you have three threads going now on "free" apps. I realize you want some free applications that can run under WM5, but almost all of the free apps in this thread can run under WM5:

In fact, very few don't run under WM5, so now there will be three discussions on "free" apps... This is what I am talking about confusing, and hard to search...

In fact, let's close this thread, and redirect all questions and comments to the one posted above, which was started after WM5 was out for the i730...
