Worked in Scottsdale, AZ.
By the way, this same problem was making it frustrating for dialing out, too. I had the push e-mail working with Exchange, and most times when I attempted to make a call, I got "Operation Failed". I had to disconnect data session, then quickly initiate phone call before data re-started...not very convenient, especially while driving.
This fix is huge for me! Thanks!

Unfortunately, I spoke (posted) too soon. I tested several times and thought it was fixed. Turned out not to be. Sorry. Maybe just wishful computing?

*765 yields a stutter tone, so I imagine that it's working..

I am in Northern California - Sacramento Valley.

Southern New Mexico gets a fast busy as the connection starts (dialing *765) and hang up within 1 second. However after deciding to check if it worked or not (connexted to sky.fm and started streaming muzak) then called myself ... streaming media stopped and I got my call, AWESOME!!!

VZW got something right again!!

Anyone else notice that you have to turn this on multiple times? I traveled from PA to New England, realized I missed a call or 2 while having a active data connection so i dialed *765 and heard the 3 tones meaning it was on...then when I drove home I missed a call in PA again due to the data connection so I tried *765 one more time and found it wasn't on again. I've now turned it on at home and at work and found it wasn't on.

It's odd beacause if you dial it once and hear the 3 tones, when you dial again you get nothing and get disconnected (meaning its on, right?) so why doesn't it stay on?
