Until I am able to finish the WM5 setup guide, I suggest you read the setup guide for WM2003, so that you have a base understanding, and then move towards the WM5 setup. The WM5 setup still has great information in it, even though it's not finished, and also has the MRailing Phone Tools.CAB file for improving the performance on WM5.

Here are the files for the Date and Time change for the top bar. This adjusts the battery icon to be the date/time like you could do with WM2003:
