Any Idea where I could get a newbie guide on how to do this?
I have a guide for everything, which includes all the great softwares out there, hacks, and whatever else related to the i730. If you want it let me know and I'll send it to you. Just let me know where to send it via email. As far as the A2DP stereo hack, you can find it in here, just search for it. All you do with it is copy the CAB file and paste it to your i730 SD CARD or Safestore through active sync, then go to where you pasted through File Explorer, click it with the stylus and install it to device. Restart. Then if you have a stereo headset, it will always be running in the background to be able to pick it up automatically.

If you are looking for A2DP, the hack was written by SuperDave, and it's in the SuperDave sticky on the forum. The hack was written for the i730's bluetooth stack, and may not work on the Cingular 8525, but then again it may.
They do a LOT of hacking on HTC devices (which the 8525 is) and there might be a specific A2DP hack there.

I have to say this works like a charm. I recently purchased the coolest BT Sunglasses from Zealoptics.com. After applying the BT hack I now listen to my favorite music while styling and profiling (LOL).
Keep up the EXCELLENT work you guys. I recommend this sight to all of my Mobile-Challenged as well as my Tech-Savy friends. They all come back with rave reviews. Again thanks for all the hard work.
Is there a way to up the bitrate/quality over bluetooth? I have this utility as well as the A2DP hack working but the sound quality to my hbh-ds970 is pretty poor. Quality is much better when using with my laptop. This is for an i730
Anyone know a way to get this working with the car's bluetooth system? I have a BMW 3 series with the factory audio system (with bluetooth support) and I have configured my i730 to work with it. Phone calls work fine, but I can't get any other audio to go through the car's stereo through bluetooth using this utility. Has anyone else successfully got it working with their car system?
when I try to run bluetoothToggle on my JasJar voice dialling program is activated. While it works i hear the sound in the headset. As soon as voice dialer stops all sounds are redirected back to the PDA=(
Just use Bluecast to send audio to a bluetooth headset. Sure it isn't free but it is better than having to rebaseline my phone after using BTAudio and other similar hacks that screw up my registry and my system files. Bluecast isn't a hack and it actually programatically opens up the audio channel that is in your phone by default. URGENT: Audio of WMP Mobile completely gone! Need help...
Hi friend,
I used the BTAudio Utilities (3 exe's) on my T-Mobile SDA US Version with WM5, and it didn't seem to work. Not only that, there is no audio coming out of the WMP Mobile at all since then - neither from the phone speaker nor from the bluetooth headset (Plantronics Voyager 510), but other features such as placing and receiving a call works fine as usual. I guess the Registry is screwed up. Can anyone help? - How can I change the registry back to original state so that at least my media player can produce audio through phone speaker? HELP!!!
Or, can the author of the 3 programs tell me what registry keys they change when executed? I may be able to manually change them back. Thanks!
How do I set up A2DP on my i730 and then do I install the BTAUDIO I have Moto S9 BT headset. I have download the zip file and extract the dll but how do I install them on my i730

i tried it today on my Mogul ppc6800 and it worked like a charm. it's exactly what i was looking for. one minor thing though is that when the backlight turns off, the sound goes back to the phone. is their a fix to have it continuously on bt until the user manually turns it on/off? will be donating as soon as i have time. again thanks for this little app. cheers
I just installed this on my Samsung SCH-i760 and it works great. However, is it supposed to re-direct the microphone as well, because I'm trying to use it with Skype. I can hear the audio fine, but the microphone is not working on either the Bluetooth headset, or the phone itself when the re-direct is enabled.
