Can someone help me out with the email on this device. I purchased it and switched to Verizon from T-Mobile where I had both a sidekick and a blackberry.

I have a few pop email accounts which I use to access my email and its just not working well with this device. I originally set up the wireless sync account with Verizon and i just wasnt getting all my email and when I did it took way too long (like 1-2 hours after it hit my desktop computer).

I then added a few pop accounts directly onto the device and now i either do not get all the email or when i do its automatically deleted when it searches for new emails.

Can anyone help. I love this thing and dont want to return it but will have to if i cant fix this. Customer Service has really been no help

Check your account settings on the i730. Make sure you have not selected to have messages deleted when you connect to check email. Change it to manually.

Also, do NOT empty your deleted items folder on the i730 until you have downloaded your email on your main computer. If you empty that folder, it also will purge mail from your ISP, even if you have not downloaded to your main computer.

Can you tell me where this setting is that asks to have messages deleted when you connect to check email. I cant find it. The wireless sync seems to be working quicker but still slow compared to what i use to have with tmobile and the blackberry and sidekick
