I went into a Verizon store to look at the 6600. I still want the i730, but want to see what something similar looked like. When I was there I was told that I would have to take a data plan at $49. Is this true? I don't understand this as I have a 7135 with Verizon now and was not required to do this?

One more question... If I want to use the blackberry connect stuff, do I just need this data plan or is this something separate yet?

TOMC we donot know at this point what VZW plans to do. So any answer you are going to get are rumors and or hear say from not-so-reliable sources. This thread will be closed and re-opened when the i730 is officially released. Thanks for the understanding.
