Hello, new to smart phones. I bought a i730 on Ebay. Nice looking phone, and features. I would like to put Fring on it to use Skype. I can't install it, I get an error message every time saying the *.cab file is not Windows CE??

How can I tell what version of Windows CE is on this phone, and do I need to upgrade? I have been attempting to read the how/to about the phone, but I'm having some problems.

I have tried to find a how to install Fring on this form, but no luck.

go to start, settings, and the the System tab and then Version. that will show you what you're running on your pda.

Start and I see Settings NO System.

After you hit "Settings" look at the bottom of the screen for three tabs. One of them is system. Select that, then "About." V4=2003

If you havent done so already upgrade to Windows Mobile 5. Then try it.
