Ok...

so couple of issues

1) how does anyone press the END/CALL and reset button on the cradle... I took the phone off after hitting OK on the PST final step... and plugged it back in to the cradle... it did enter download mode... but stayed there forever... (20 mins with no progress)

2) after the phone did a hard - formatting root... The phone function will not come on anymore... the BT and WIFII work fine...

3) the USB port no longer seems to work - even when the i730 is up and loaded and trying to activesync... the Windows USB driver comes up with an error saying connected device has an error... (I can use my old i730 and the USB works fine - so I am not suspecting the Samsumg driver on the PC is to blame)

So... how do I get my USB back, Phone back, and the downgrade done... did I brick the phone ?
